I had the pleasure of co-facilitating Marriott’s ‘Sales & Service Foundations’ training with Sohail on a few occasions and I can honestly say it was some of the most memorable days of training that I have ever participated in. Sohail’s energy and enthusiasm are infectious and you see in the eyes of those being coached that he commands their attention. Training for several days at a time can be a tedious affair for proactive, energetic salespeople, however, with Sohail’s enthusiasm and determination to keep people engaged, you see an ever captivated audience soak up what’s being said as well as eager to contribute to his conversation.

I have known Sohail (Coach Pedari) since 2009. He is an incredible individual, dedicated, extremely focused and goal driven. We travelled on many occasion for business within middle-east and throughout this experience, I realized how connect and respected he was. I don't think the word "impossible" exists in his vocabulary and I am delighted to know him as a friend and look forward to a time when we can reconnect again.

The coaching sessions with Sohail helped me a lot in my first experience as a team leader. Before I met him, I had some doubts about the usefulness of coaching but I had to change my mind: he is an extremely empathetic person who put me at ease right from the start, helping me to work on certain aspects of my character, improve communication and handle situations that were new to me. Sohail is an amazing leadership coach. With his help, I was able to unlock my potential as a leader. He facilitated my self-discovery as a leader.
