I have known Sohail (Coach Pedari) since 2009. He is an incredible individual, dedicated, extremely focused and goal driven. I had the pleasure of co-facilitating Marriott’s ‘Sales & Service Foundations’ training with Sohail on a few occasions and I can honestly say it was some of the most memorable days of training that I have ever participated in. Sohail’s energy and enthusiasm are infectious and you see in the eyes of those being coached that he commands their attention. Training for several days at a time can be a tedious affair for proactive, energetic salespeople, however, with Sohail’s enthusiasm and determination to keep people engaged, you see an ever captivated audience soak up what’s being said as well as eager to contribute to his conversation.

Sohail is an amazing leadership coach. With his help, I was able to unlock my potential as a leader. He facilitated my self-discovery as a leader. Through the deep, non-judgmental, and goal-oriented sessions that I had with him over a period of 6 months, I was able to reflect on, assess and reimagine my values and leadership style, mission and developed a personal leadership navigation guide. I am now leading a national teacher education and development organization in South Africa. I was able to see what I was not happy with and took action about it. Coach Pedari is a rare leadership coach.
